Dr Seng Chusheng is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in ankle surgery. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 first with an MBBS, followed by Master of Medicine (Orthopaedic Surgery). He was subsequently appointed as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK (Orthopaedic Surgery).

Having performed over a thousand surgeries, Dr Seng has vast experience in general orthopaedic trauma. In particular, he sub-specialises in ankle surgery, and has achieved excellent results in complex ankle fracture fixation, keyhole ligament reconstruction and cartilage repair for sports injuries of the ankle. He also offers a wide repertoire of treatment options for patients with ankle arthritis, ranging from minimally-invasive arthroscopic ankle fusion to joint replacement.

Dr Seng has presented extensively at many local, regional and international orthopaedic conferences including the prestigious American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Scientific Meeting.

In addition, he is well-published in multiple peer-reviewed journals; shortlisted for Young Investigator Award SGH scientific conference in 2011; won the 2012 Japan Orthopaedic Association Travelling Award.

Whilst practising in Singapore General Hospital as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, his dedication and unwavering care towards his patients won him the SingHealth Service With A Heart Award.

Dr Seng is currently a Visiting Consultant at the department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Singapore General Hospital.
